Monogram production and post continues to expand their roster of talented and accomplished directors with the addition of Matt Hall for TV spot and promo work.

Matt is an industry veteran who brings 20 years of experinece in broadcast design and visual effects to his live-action direction. His extensive background as a Creative Director and VFX supervisor means that all of his live-action work is shot with branding and visual effects in mind. His Director's Portfolio includes work for Discovery Channel, NatGeo and A&E.

"As Monogram's VFX department continues to push the limits of creative and technical engagement, bringing Matt Hall into the mix makes a lot of sense. I've worked with Matt on projects for Wieden+Kennedy’s Nike/Carmelo Anthony launch, The Financial Times of London and New Balance, and I’ve always been impressed with his visual style. The idea of finally working with him at this level is incredibly exciting" said fellow director Ricardo Rivera, a founder of Monogram and Klip Collective.

Prior to this new arrangement with Monogram, Hall was Creative Director at BIGSMACK. His long list of previous clients includes NBC Sports, Discovery Networks, Comcast, 20th Century Fox, Electronic Arts, HGTV, PBS, musician Moby and others. His many awards include honors from the Broadcast Design Association, Promax, the New York Film Festival, and the Telly Awards.

Matt has a great sense of humor, which can be seen in many of his productions as well as behind-the-scenes as he directs talent and crew. His recent Science Channel promo features some seasonal hijinks that are especially appropriate today.
